Şırnak Vocational School Academic Board Meeting, held within the scope of preparations for the 2024-2025 academic year, was attended by Vocational School Director Assoc. Dr. it was held under the chairmanship of Mahmut Dirik. At the meeting, important issues for the new academic year were discussed in detail and plans were made.

One of the main topics of the meeting was physical preparations for the academic year. In this context, the needs for the arrangement of classrooms, laboratories and other educational areas were determined and it was decided to make the necessary arrangements. In addition, issues such as creating course schedules for each department, planning course hours and distributing the duties of faculty members were meticulously evaluated. Attention was also drawn to the importance of ensuring interdepartmental cooperation and coordination.

In addition to evaluating the student registration processes for the new academic year, the situation of current students was also comprehensively discussed. Information was given regarding graduation procedures, transitions and horizontal/vertical transfer processes. In addition, the restructuring of student counseling services and the development of academic support services had an important place on the agenda.

At the meeting, social and cultural activities were also discussed and the planning of events to be held during the 2024-2025 academic year was evaluated. In this regard, suggestions for collaborations with student clubs and other organizations were also discussed.
