Dear students, in order to take the excuse exam for the course(s) for which
you could not take the midterm exam due to your excuse, you must apply to the
student affairs office of our school with a petition for the excuse exam and a
document stating your excuse.
Make your application by taking into account the article regarding Excuse
Exam (specified in the table below) of our University's Associate and
Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations.

ITEM 23 – (1) Students
who cannot take the midterm exams for justified and valid reasons, provided
that they document, submit their excuses to the relevant unit with a petition
within five business days following the exam date. (2) Excuse exams are held
within five business days following the decision of the unit board of
directors. Students whose exams overlap on the same day and time are given
the right to take an excuse exam for the exams they could not take. Students
in this situation are required to apply to the relevant unit with a petition
within the period specified in the first paragraph of this article. (3) Make-up exams are not held
for make-up exams and students who do not take the make-up exam are not given
the right to take make-up exams. (4) Health reports must be
obtained from state hospitals and specialist doctors. (5) A student who cannot take
the exam due to an excuse submits a petition stating the course(s) in which
he/she wants to take the excuse exam, along with a document showing his/her
excuse, and submits it to the relevant unit. The authority to accept excuses
lies with the relevant board of directors. |
